JC Penney holds down one end of a large, indoor mall.
To the left of Penneys, with all the light poles, is one of the multi-tiered parking garages. Behind me are small shops, restaurants, and condos.

Downtown Peace
Water is part of what makes this park so peaceful. Even though we get a ton of rain, there is nothing to dislike about seeing water features. Bellevue, Washington, is getting a distinctive skyline as buildings continue to rise.

I've only been up in that area one time some years back I do remember thinking how lush and green and lovely it was. I agree about water - lakes and ponds and streams make a city much more livable!
